This data set provides time series of land-ice surface heights derived from the ICESat-2 ATL06 Land Ice Height product.
NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC) is pleased to announce its participation in NASA’s Earthdata Forum. Earthdata Forum provides a central online location where data users can interact with subject-matter experts from NASA’s Distributed Active Archive Centers (DAACs) to discuss data applications and research needs and get answers to specific questions about accessing, viewing, and manipulating NASA Earth observation data.
The DMSP SSM/I-SSMIS Daily Polar Gridded Brightness Temperatures, Version 6 data set, accessible through the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC), has been updated through 5 June 2022. This data set provides daily gridded brightness temperatures derived from passive microwave sensors and distributed in a polar stereographic projection.
The MEaSUREs Greenland Image Mosaics from Sentinel-1A and -1B, Version 4 data set, accessible through the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC), has been updated through 30 March 2022. Due to the failure of Sentinel-1B on 23 December 2021, data acquired after 25 December 2021 has a temporal resolution of 12 days.
The MEaSUREs Greenland Ice Mapping Project (GrIMP) Digital Elevation Model from GeoEye and WorldView Imagery, Version 2 data set, accessible through the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC), has been updated to Version 2.

The CryoSat-2 Level-1B Waveforms, Sea Ice Elevation, and Surface Roughness, Version 1 data set, accessible through the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC), is being updated to complete the season through 15 May 2022. Data are currently available through 21 April 2022, and all remaining data will be released as they are processed. This data set contains surface elevations from retracked CryoSat-2 waveforms, as well as model fitting parameters used to retrack the waveform.
The Polar Pathfinder Daily 25 km EASE-Grid Sea Ice Motion Vectors, Version 4 data set, available at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC) has been updated through 31 December 2021. This data set provides daily and weekly sea ice motion vectors including browse images of the weekly data. The source data used to generate the daily and weekly ice motion estimates are derived from AVHRR, AMSRE, SMMR, SSMI, and SSMI/S sensors; IABP buoys; and NCEP/NCAR Reanalysis forecasts.
The EASE-Grid Sea Ice Age, Version 4 data set, available at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC) has been updated through 31 December 2021.
