MEaSUREs has added SSMIS data from the F17, F18, and F19 platforms to the MEaSUREs Calibrated Enhanced-Resolution Passive Microwave Daily EASE-Grid 2.0 Brightness Temperature ESDR, Version 1 data set available at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC). Also, AMSRE data are now available as v1.2. The minor changes include:
- Addition of missing input data for the first day of the month in the N and S projections
- Change of the size of the time dimension from 1 to "UNLIMITED"
- Addition of files for dates with no data to match the convention already in use for all other sensors in the data record.
This data set is part of the Making Earth System Data Records for Use in Research Environments (MEaSUREs) Program.
