New SMAPVEX12 Soil Texture Map Available

New field campaign data from the Soil Moisture Active Passive Validation Experiment 2012 (SMAPVEX12) are now available at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC). The SMAPVEX12 Soil Texture Map incorporates soil texture classification data obtained from detailed soil surveys conducted near Winnipeg, Canada.
