The High Mountain Asia GFDL FLOR Modeled Extreme Precipitation Indices, Version 1 data set is now available at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC).
This data set features seven standard annual mean extreme precipitation indices spanning 2000 to 2016 that were selected on the basis of potential relevance to landslide activity. The seven indices were simulated by the Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory Forecast-oriented Low Ocean Resolution version of CM2.5 (GFDL FLOR).
These data are available as part of an early release, and as such, minimal documentation is currently available. An increased Level of Service and more detailed documentation will become available in the future.
