Climate Data Record of Sea Ice Now Available at a Monthly Resolution

The NOAA@NSIDC Climate Data Record of Passive Microwave Sea Ice Concentration data set, released in late 2011 at a daily resolution, has now been processed to include a monthly averaged version of its sea ice climatology. This sea ice CDR was created in cooperation with NOAA@NSIDC's National Climatic Data Center (NCDC).
